Shipping policy

Purchases will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days upon sale validation. We offer free shipping to all states in the United States of America on orders over $500. Buyers outside of the United States are responsible for any taxes, fees, and restrictions imposed by their country.

Shipping costs, taxes, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. 

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.
Once a product has been shipped, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the product during transit.

If you wish to receive your order sooner or need it for a specific date, please make a note in the ‘Notes’ section of the order form, or contact us at info@laisedesign.com to set up a rush order. Rush shipping fees will be applied.

Laise Design jewelry is made by hand and, as such, no item will ever look the same as another, even if it is the same style. It will also bear “imperfections” which are the evidence of hand-workmanship.

Laise Design provides Free Shipping on all US domestic orders over $500.
International orders are accepted! Please contact info@laisedesign.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

For international orders, the displayed product costs and delivery fees do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery.

You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received in your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of, and where they are made. All countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged them to avoid any surprises. 

Laise Design is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance during the delivery process.

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature. Please ensure you are present at the assigned address at the time of delivery.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address.
